Online Application Prerequisites

Make your application process as quick as possible. Before you begin filling your application, please ensure you have the following documents:

  • Scanned passport size image (JPEG / PNG file)
  • Scanned signature (JPEG / PNG file)
  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets (PDF file)
  • Passport bio pages (PDF file)

If you are applying to the GMP (MPBC) program, please also prepare scanned, upload ready PDF documents of:

  • Graduation marks sheet (front and back sides)
  • Graduation degree copy

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I apply for a pathway program through Fraser Valley India if my grade 12th result is not yet declared? If yes, what all documents would I require to do so?

Yes, you can apply for a conditional offer letter before your grade 12th result is declared. The following documents are required for the same –

    • A scanned copy of the candidate’s passport size photo.
    • A scanned copy of the candidate’s DMC of grade 10th (ensuring student had studied maths in grade 10th)
    • A scanned copy of the candidate’s passport (Front and Back Side)

However, if the candidate has already completed grade 12th, he/she must upload the DMC (ensuring 65% in English and checking the eligibility of the chosen program) along with the other above-mentioned documents.

  1. What should be my preferred pathway program?

If you are an undergraduate program aspirant, you must select the Undergraduate Pathway Program Application form. If you are a master’s pathway program aspirant, you must select the Global Masters Pathway Program Application form. This choice has to be made on logging in after your registration and OTP verification.

  1. What should be my preferred start date?

The next immediate available intake is Fall 2021.

Personal Contact Information

  1. What if I do not have a legal last name?

The name should be mentioned as per your passport. So, the ‘given name’ on the passport will be mentioned in ‘Legal first name’. If a candidate does not have a last name, it can be left empty.

  1. Do I need to give an additional postal address?

If your current address is different from your permanent postal address, then you can mention the current address in ‘additional postal address’ in addition to your permanent address (as per your passport) in ‘Postal address’.

  1. Can I mention my parent’s email address?

No, the registering email address must belong to the student only (it is further required to create an official email address of the student). The parent’s email address must be mentioned where the parent’s information is asked for.

  1. What should I write as my Primary language?

It is English, by default.

  1. What if my parents have different last names?

Parent’s name needs to be as per the student’s passport. Father’s last name (as per student’s passport) should be mentioned in the Parent’s/Guardian’s Legal last name.

English Language Proficiency

  1. What should I mark/choose to prove my English language proficiency?

You can select the following-

  • Primary Language in English.
  • Completion of class 11 and 12 in an English-medium Secondary School.
  • IELTS (if appeared for IELTS with overall score of 6.5 and not less than 6 in each module)

Academic Information

  1. What should I mention in class 12th Board exam date?

The month of grade 12th examination should be the month when your final examinations begin and the year should be your grade 12th passing year.

12. What happens in case of failure or error during payment?

In case of failure of payment or occurrence of any error while making the payment, kindly share the screenshot and transaction details with your admission officer. Please note that the application fee of INR 7500 + GST is non-refundable under any circumstances.

13. Is the application fee refundable?

No, the application fee is non-refundable.
