Faculty

Shubhi Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Before joining UFV, she completed her Ph.D. in Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad (IIT), and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management.

Her research currently focuses on the virtual teams functioning and various behavioral processes, along with teamwork, team building, team dynamics, team effectiveness and collaborations associated with virtual teams and the various issues related to such global collaborations.

She has published papers in international journals indexed in the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) and Scopus.

She has also authored a book chapter and presented papers in premier national and international conferences like PAN IIM conferences, National Academy of Psychology (NAOP), and more.
