BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Radha  Kanwal Sharma is the faculty of HRM in University of Fraser Valley, Chandigarh Campus. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from Punjabi University Patiala. She did her MBA from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar and is UGC-NET qualified. She has more than 14 years of experience.

Prior to joining UFV, she was the vice principal at Cordia Institute of Business Management, Sanghol. She has also served as associate professor at School of Management Studies, IET Bhaddal, Ropar ; Chandigarh Business School, Landran, Mohali; SAS Institute of Information Technology, Mohali and KL Sanatan Dharam College Ludhiana. She has been visiting faculty at Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology, Mohali. She has also conducted training programmes for engineering students at Chitkara University.

Dr. Radha has written study material (Principles of Management) for distance learning programme of Punjab Technical University, Kapurthala. She has authored modules of Organizational Behavior for e- pathshala project of Universities Grants Commission, India. She has successfully organized four national conferences and seminars.  She has presented papers in various conferences and has numerous publications in refereed journals, book chapters and conference proceedings. Her research interests include knowledge management, entrepreneurship and leadership.

  • MBA (HR/Mktg.) from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar .
