Ms.Pooja Sharma joined the University of Fraser Valley in 2018. She holds a PhD in Geography from Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab, India.

Prior to joining the Doctorate programme, she did her Master’s Degree in Arts with specialization in the subject of Geography. She commenced her teaching career with Little Flower Convent School as a School Teacher. Later, she worked with various schools such as St. Soldier International Convent School, St. Kabir Public School and Vivek High School. She has been teaching Geography and English subjects and has a rich teaching experience of more than 7 years
