The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) is nationally recognized in Canada for its commitment to teaching excellence. It offers over 100 undergraduate and graduate programs.

Role Responsibilities

In this dynamic context, Fraser Valley India invites applications for Visiting Faculty in the area of Communications. Candidates are expected to be able to teach across a wide range of courses in the following areas across all levels:
1. Communicating Professionally to Academic and Workplace Audiences
2. Public Speaking
3. Introduction to Intercultural Communication
4. Professional Report Writing

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Teaching courses in the area of Communications.
2. Hold office hours for at least two hours every week for each section of the course and be available to meet with the students by appointment.
3. Ensure all Fraser Valley India Education and University of the Fraser Valley Canada’s academic policies are respected and followed.


1. Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline (Doctorate from an accredited institution will be preferred).
2. Minimum 2-3 years of post-secondary teaching experience is a requirement.
3. Demonstrated excellence in teaching and current expertise in the topic areas.
